90 people received free support through screening camps

AIRD organized two impactful screening camps aimed at improving health access for underserved communities in Tamil Nadu. These initiatives, held in collaboration with prominent healthcare partners, provided essential diagnostic services to villagers.
This camp focused on detecting breast, uterus, and oral cancers. Led by Dr. Mrs. Sindhya Saroja, the camp successfully screened 42 people. Individuals showing symptoms were advised for further testing, with samples sent to diagnostic centers. The collaboration with Nellai Cancer Care Centre ensured professional expertise and timely care.

A total of 48 people participated in this camp, aimed at identifying and addressing cataract issues. With support from expert ophthalmologists, Dr.Agarwals eye hospital - Tirunelveli, villagers received initial evaluations and were guided toward further treatment when required.
