Livelihood promotion
Due to the unsustainable nature of their jobs and the lack of training, education, and job opportunities, many rural families struggle financially.
To assist the 24 villages under our jurisdiction, we provide loans and essential support to improve living conditions, with a special focus on empowering women to engage in small income-generating activities.AIRD organizes training in manual trades such as sewing, cooking, and agriculture, based on local demand. This equips villagers with the skills to secure long-term, sustainable income and contribute to the local economy.
Jobs training
Along with training, we provide the necessary materials and supplies to launch these activities, such as sewing machines for tailoring or livestock for agriculture. After these new jobs and activities are launched, the Village Development Committees (VDC) monitor and report the progress of these initiatives directly to the AIRD, ensuring proper follow-up and support.

Goat donation for sustainable livelihood
As part of our livelihood promotion efforts, AIRD provides goat donations to selected families in rural communities. Goats, known for their ability to thrive in local conditions, offer an excellent source of income through breeding and milk production. By donating a pair of goats, we empower beneficiaries to start small herds, which can grow over time.
The offspring from these goats provide families with additional income opportunities through the sale of young goats, milk, or related products. This initiative not only helps families become financially independent but also builds sustainable, long-term sources of livelihood. With each new generation of goats, recipients can improve their living conditions, pay for their children’s education, and support essential household needs.
