We focus heavily on education, recognizing that many parents work long hours for low income and struggle to support their children's academic needs.

To supplement the education of underprivileged children, we organize 2-hour tuition classes for students (aged 6 to 13) five days a week, with the goal of transitioning the initiative to VDC leadership in the long-term. The main challenges students were facing are a lack of motivation and inability to study at home, but after joining the tuition groups, they admitted they become more committed to school.

We also occasionally distribute school furniture to families in financial need to further support children's education. Statistics regarding school support :

• 282 VDC members are now motivated to engage in community-based development.

• 456 children regularly attend tuition classes (approximately 19 per village).

• 85% of students have shown significant improvement in their ranks and grades.

• 56% of students are now more focused on their future and studies.
